White Chocolate Mousse With Berries

                              White Chocolate Mousse with Mixed Berries
                         I think this would be great served in individual pastries.

1cup whipping cream
3oz. cream cheese-softened
3-1oz.squares baking white chocolate
2 cups mixed fresh berries-blueberries,strawberries, raspberries

Beat cream until it forms soft peaks.
Add sugar, again, beat to form soft peaks.Set aside.
Melt chocolate.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add the chocolate, beat well.
Gently fold in the Whipped cream.
Layer in parfait cups.

                                      Beat the cream until soft peaks form.

                             Add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

                    Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

        Beat the cream cheese. Add the melted chocolate and beat until blended.

Fold n the whipped cream. Beat on the lowest setting just until blended. Then layer in serving dishes.
