This is my own Asian inspired recipe. My Family loves this one.

2tbl. plus 2tbl. kikkomans soy sauce
1tbl. sugar
1tsp. plus 1tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. plus 1/4tsp. black pepper
1/4cup rice wine
6 eggs
4 cups instant rice

Bring the water to a boil. Turn off heat. Add rice,2tbl. soy sauce, green part of onions, salt, pepper.
Put a lid on the pan and set aside.
In a skillet, heat 2tbl. oil. Add 3tbl. garlic. Stir-fry for 10 second and add pork.
Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, or until pork looks just done.
Add broccoli, green pepper, corn, and white part of onion.

Add the eggs and stir/scramble until they are just beginning to set.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry a few minutes, until the eggs are cooked and the rice is dryer.
