Breakfast Baked Potatoes

                                         Breakfast Baked Potatoes
                       These go great with omelets-similar to hash browns


Ingredients:
1 Gallon storage bag
4-5 Russet potatoes- diced large
2tbl Vegetable oil
1 Onion diced
1 tsp. Salt
1/4tsp Pepper

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375*
In the storage bag, add oil , onions and herbs. Shake to mix.
Add potatoes, seal bag and shake to coat.
Pour contents onto a cookie sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
