Bacon Egg and Cheese Scramble

                                    Bacon Egg and Cheese Scramble

Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon cut into lardons   What-Are-Lardons Video
1 Dozen Eggs-beaten
4-5 Slices American cheese- (or your favorite cheese)

Preparation:
Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat.
Add bacon and fry until crispy.
Drain most of the bacon drippings from the pan.
Add eggs and cook until eggs are set.
Top with cheese, Turn off stove.
Wait 1 minute and stir the melted cheese into the eggs. Serve.
