Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Wraps

                                      Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Wraps
                           One of my all time favorites.Very quick and easy

Ingredients:
1 package frozen boneless chicken breast -diced or cut into strips
2tbl. Oil
2tbl.chopped garlic
1/4tsp. pureed ginger
1/4cup Ken's Sweet vidalia onion salad dressing, or Sweet onion salad dressing
1/4cup kikkomans soy sauce 
Flour totillas
1 red or sweet white onion-diced
1 green bell pepper-diced
Shredded lettuce
Sliced black olives
Shredded cheddar (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

Preparation:
Heat oil in a large skillet. Add garlic, fry for ten second, then add ginger and chicken.
Stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add the bell pepper, onion, sweet onion dressing and soy sauce.
Stir fry until all the juices from the chicken evaporate, and chicken browns slightly, about 25 minutes.

Turn the burner off, and stir in the black olives.
Warm tortillas in the microwave. Fill with chicken, tomato, lettuce, cheese and sour cream if desired

   Stir-fry chicken 1-2 min., then add peppers, onion, soy sauce, and dressing.

Cook until the meat juices have evaporated. Turn off stove and stir in the black olives.

Add chicken to a flour tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese and sour cream if desired.

                                              Fold like a burrito.
