12 Large fresh mushrooms
2tbl. Minced onion
4oz. Italian sausage
1tbl. Chopped parsley
2tbl. Bread crumbs
2tbl. Parmesan cheese
Butter flavor cooking spray
Remove the stems from the mushrooms, and mince the stems.
In a skillet heat the butter. Add the stems and onion, cook until tender.
Add the basil and cook until liquid has evaporated. Cool.
Combine the mushroom mixture with the sausage and parsley.
Stuff into mushroom caps.Combine the bread crumbs and cheese.
Sprinkle over stuffed mushrooms. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
Place Stuffed mushrooms on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 400* for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
