Garden Style Spaghetti
1lb. Spaghetti- cooked
1lb. Ground beef
1 Small Zucchini- diced
1 Green bell pepper-diced
1 Yellow onion-diced
1-4oz can mushrooms -drained and chopped
1-15oz. can of whole tomatoes and their juices-crushed
1-29oz. can of tomato sauce
4oz.Sliced black olives (optional)
Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
In a large pot, add beef, zucchini, bell pepper and onion.
Using a metal spatula, break up ground beef as it is frying. Brown beef.
Drain beef mixture and add it back to the pot.
Add the tomatoes, mushrooms and tomato sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
Heat through. Add black olives if desired
Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Serve.
