Use whole chicken or just wings if you prefer.
You can also grill or fry the chicken first.
This can be a main dish served with rice or a very messy appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 whole chicken- cut up
If you quarter the breast all the pieces will be roughly the same size, to allow even cooking time.

Sauce Ingredients:
4Tbl. honey
1tsp. pureed ginger
1/4cup brown sugar
1Tbl. minced garlic
1tsp. kikkoman soy sauce
2Tbl. cornstarch
If you are grilling or frying the chicken add 1/2 cup water to the sauce before baking

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375*
Mix together the sauce ingredients in a bowl. set aside.
Bake the chicken (unseasoned) in a metal or cast iron baking pan,(About 1-1/2 to 2hrs for a whole chicken or about 30-45 minutes for wings.)
Remove the pan from the oven and place the chicken pieces on a plate.
Add the sauce ingredients to the pan drippings and whisk to combine.
Add the chicken, toss to coat.
Put the pan back in the oven. bake an additional15- 20 minutes, or until the sauce thickens into a glaze.
Toss the chicken in the glaze before serving.
